HOMESCHOOL MINISTRIES

Our desire is to support homeschool families in their journey of teaching their children at home, whether that's elementary or high school age kids, or anywhere in between.  This is a large and high calling and we are here to support you in all that you need.  If you have questions about homeschooling or being part of our co-op please reach out.  You may come for a visit to our co-op one day but it must be pre-arranged with someone from our leadership team.

Do I Need A Homeschool Co-Op?

Educating our children is not an easy task.  Those of us who have taken on this task find it beneficial to meet together one time per week to do some fun and not so fun subjects together.  Some co-ops do only electives and some co-ops do all core subjects.  Our co-op provides both, allowing parents to choose to have someone else take on teaching the harder subjects and some choose to have some fun subjects taught by teachers with special skills.  Some days are harder than others and our hearts are to lock arms together to help each other out by pointing our kids and each other towards Christ in every subject area and every situation (even on the hard days ;)).  Whether you're a veteran homeschool family or a first time homeschool family we're here to help each other.

Our co-op allows families with K5-12th grade students to attend.   We do have a nursery/pre-school for those families in our co-op who have younger children.  A student must be age 5 by September 1st in order to be considered K5.  (in short, your oldest child must be 5 by 9/1/23 to apply for the 23/24 school year)

What Does A Typical Co-Op Day Look Like?

We typically start Mid-September and finish by Mid-May.  Our co-op day may ebb & flow through the years but currently our schedule looks like this:

Wednesdays
8:30 - Gathering for announcements, worship & prayer
9:00 - Bible
9:30 - Block A
10:30 - Block B
11:30 - Block C
12:30 - Lunch
1:00 - Block D (not everyone stays)

What do I do now if I want to join?
If you have any questions, you may email us here.  Once you have decided that a homeschool co-op is right for your family then please:
